Delivery across the UAE
Included in the price of every item, to any emirate. There is no minimum order and no delivery line at checkout.

A manager confirms every order
After you place an order we call or write on WhatsApp or Telegram to confirm the items, the address and the payment method. Nothing is dispatched before that conversation.

Age is confirmed on handover
The courier confirms that the recipient is 21 or older. Please have an ID ready — without it the parcel comes back to us.

Payment
The payment method is agreed with the manager when the order is confirmed. Card payment online is being connected and will appear at checkout once it is live.
Delivery times by emirate, the courier service and the returns window are being finalised with our logistics partner. Ask a manager and we will confirm for your address.
How an order goes
Choose what you need and add it to the cart. Place the order with your contact details and address — payment is not taken at that point.
A manager gets in touch during business hours, Sunday to Thursday, to confirm everything and agree how you would like to pay. The order is then dispatched from our warehouse and you receive tracking in the same conversation.

Can I order without an account?
Yes. An account gives you order history and access to the private club section, but it is not required to buy.
Do you sell cigars online?
The online catalogue covers accessories, humidors and lounge equipment. For cigars themselves, talk to us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
Can someone else receive the parcel?
Yes, provided they are 21 or older and can confirm it — the courier checks at handover regardless of who placed the order.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us in the same conversation you used to place the order. We replace damaged goods; the formal returns window for the UAE is being confirmed.
